Breathing is a powerful tool for emotional and physical relief with many applications for everyday life.
In this workshop you will focus on breathing techniques to soothe your nervous system and common physical discomforts, as well as, learn methods for activation and creating balance. 

 
This workshop is perfect for anyone in our community who would like to learn how to breathe for stress management. Families welcome!!

In this class we will practice yoga poses and relaxation techniques for absolute beginners!

Mats, Blocks, and Straps will be provided!
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
