It’s the perfect way to take a step back and focus on my well-being and my body to manage my stress. Stacey tailors each class to every person individually and can make it as challenging or restorative as we request. She really understands body movements and ways to adjust postures to fit everyone’s abilities. Stacey is just an AWESOME teacher with a bright personality and calming energy. Sure, morning yoga usually requires me to wake up earlier than normal. But even if I’m under-slept and have a million projects going on, it’s completely worth it. Making time for it when "I don't have time" is the best thing I do for myself each week and I seriously love starting my day with yoga.
